In view of the above light and direction St. Stephen's School, Ranaghat is functioning under the aegis of the Barrackpore Diocesan Education Society. All properties of this are vested at present with Barrackpore Diocesan Trust Association and Barrackpore Diocesan Education Society.

The entire system of education is based on enveloping the noble character of students and inspiring them to develop a true humanity and morality. According to the holy and true Christian principle and spirit, our vision is to become a self-sustaining proactive and leading institute offering the greater society, a quality and capacity building services i.e. teaching, learning research and counselling in the field of education.
